Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Center within 7 days of delivery and enter your order ID and phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags intact before securely packing it in the original shipping bag.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the digital or physical pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement size will be dispatched.
