How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery across India usually takes 5 to 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor its progress.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for most items. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please initiate the request through our Returns Portal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with measurements in inches. We recommend comparing these measurements with a similar garment you already own for the perfect fit.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once an order is processed for shipping, we cannot make modifications.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to different monitor settings and studio lighting, there might be a slight variation between the screen image and the actual product.
